Farmer's cheese is quite versatile and so easy to use. It has the consistency of ricotta but with the added benefits of probiotics. It has a distinctive tangy favor that can give all of your favorite dishes a bit of richness. For this use, I simply blended it with basil and a bit of honey to balance the tang. Done! A nice and easy accompaniment to your favorite dishes.
1/2 cup basil leaves (stems removed)
1/2 cup Farmer’s cheese or ricotta
1 Tbsp honey
