I would like to share with you some of my favorite recipes. They are what I call "Evanated." This simply means that I like to explore and try new things. So, these recipes are my spin on foods that I love or mean a lot to me. I might switch up a traditionally spring recipe to include fall or seasonal ingredients, like my Caramel Apple Pavlova. Other times, I include hearty vegetables to please my vegetarian sister or make a gluten-free recipe for my Celiac friends. Please try one or all and feel free to Evanate it to your likes or dietary needs. Enjoy!

I want to set you up for success, so I will try to include some variation of pictures, videos, clear instructions and pro-tips to make all of your dishes Michelin star worthy or at least impress your friends.
